Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
false impersanation
there is a person who is using my drivers licence to get around and she is getting tickets under my name, i even know who she is and where she lives. ive talked to several detectives and done several reports but no one seems to help me. i want this to stop and she needs to get arrested. what can i do?
