If you are saying false charges of sexual harassment are being made against you at work by a group of men claiming you are harassing them, there is little you can do, since it is your word versus the word of the group members. If you are saying a group of men at work are sexually harassing you, then you may have grounds for a civil lawsuit IF you have witnesses or other evidence that can confirm what you claim.
