False Vandalism charges.
I was accused for vandalism because a civilian wrote down my licenes plate, i was in the area at the time of the vandalism but i didnt do it. Now its 10 months later and the district attorney sent me a letter saying I'm charged with a violation 594. What should I do when I go into court to prove that im not guilty of the charges?

Properly and effectively present your defense evidence and witness affidavits and negotiate with the highly professional prosecutor at the pre-trial hearing, and if that doesn't work, then get ready to do everything necessary to defend yourself at trial.
If you finally realize that you need legal help, feel free to contact me, if the case is in SoCal.
