Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my family just went through a year and half of fighting the court system. all the charges were dropped but it never should have taken place. my boyfriend and my son both have their medicinal marjiauna cards. we were all taken to jail with the charge of intent to sell. it was dismissed after a year and a half. i feel there should be some recourse on this matter. what do you feel my options are

Stop using marijuana. The courts have repeatedly made it clear that a prescription card for marijuana is not immunity from arrest.
