Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Federal Level Attorney in Criminal Matter Needed

I live out in Orange County California, and I need a Criminal Attorney who has prepared cases at the Federal level in criminal cases. Is there anyone out there willing to prepare this case which is due no later than April, 2010, and who perhaps would give a fifty percent discount or even better pro bono. Please let me know as soon as possible. I have all information and transcipts on the case. Thank you. today is June 12, 2009

It's hard to understand why you think you have a deadline of April, 2010 if this is a criminal case. I would be interested in receiving email from you with full details. My services are reasonably priced but not free.

Your question is a bit confusing. Is this a habeas corpus case? If so, please feel free to contact me.

Re: Federal Level Attorney in Criminal Matter Needed

If you're seeking an someone to file an appellate brief or a writ on criminal conviction [as it seems from your post], you can either pay an experienced attorney, or you can seek the aid of some 'public interest' non-profit legal group, or if you have no money the public defender can be appointed. If you had a public defender at trial, you've already qualified. Public interest legal groups can be researched on the web as to their areas of interest. There may also be attorneys willing to do such cases 'pro bono' or at reduced fee upon a proper showing of good cause and sympathy need. You've asked for that, but haven't established either. Wanting it for free is not the same as it being justified.
