NO. Unless you get your rights restored by court order, it is a felony for you to own, possess or even touch any gun or ammo. Getting rights restored MAY be possible in some circumstances. Contact me if interested in doing so.

No. There are both state and federal laws prohibiting possession of a gun by an exfelon.
