feloney charges

if felony charges are dismissed after an arrest and compliance of a drug program will the feloney arrest still show up on an FBI background check for work

Of course. All arrests and convictions are permanently in your record. Some convictions can be expunged so that you can say 'no' about convictions on some applications. Yours is already dismissed, but shows as exactly what is was.
