Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
old felonies
Is there any way to seal a non-violent felony conviction record[writting bad checks] that is 32 years old for the purpose of finding higher paying employment? No other convictions before or after that one. If it can be done-how or where do I start? Thank You for any advice you can give me. Have a good day!

Re: old felonies
If prison time was served, or ordered, no expungement is available. If not, and you completed all terms of probation, with no subsequent arrests, we can help you petition the court for reduction and expungement of the convictions. Contact me if interested.
