Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Is it a felony if a babysitter misrepresents herself as a childs aunt to a physician? She obtained un-nessary medical treatment against the parent with final say and full legal custody. She put my 8 year old daughter through a vaginal exam, results were normal.

The facts you have presented do not add up. A doctor should not be treating a child based on the authority of the child's aunt. Report this to the police and let them evaluate the situation. The babysitter could be charged with a criminal act. The doctor could lose his license.
