Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Felony dismissed and reduced
When I was 18 years-old I had a
felony conviction. When I was
approximately 26, I was able to have
the felony reduced and dismissed. Do I
still have to answer ''yes'' on
applications for school, etc. when
asked if I have ever been convicted of
a felony?

Yes, if you are applying for any kind of licensing, clearances, bonding, government jobs, grants, teaching, nursing, elder care, child care, etc.
