felony drug law
is there a statue of limititaions if you flee from felony drug charges and does it pretain to a person who has been senteced to prop 36

warrants are forever, if that is what you are asking. If you were sentenced and fled, you WILL get arrested on the warrant someday, in a traffic stop, etc. Punishment will be less if you turn yourself in, doing so through counsel, than if they simply catch you as a fugitive.
