Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Felony evading and dui

I was charged with my second dui and felony evading police. What will be the most likely outcome of my case? Is there anything I can do to have my felony evading reduced to a misdeamer? Is there anything I can do before my trial to help the court to see that I will not do this again such as AA, counseling, comunity service, etc.

You face prison time unless your attorney can get you a better deal or win the case. The facts and evidence will help determine the outcome. Courts and DA's are not happy with fleeing felons. Feel free to contact me if interested in getting legal help.

It sounds like you don't have a lawyer. The best thing you can do is get one. She will have a much better shot at negotiating a deal for you than you will on your own.
