Re: felony expongement
If they qualify for expungement [no prison time sentenced, no sexual assault charges, etc], each conviction requires a separate Petition for expungement, and each requires you to have completed all terms of probation [or successfully apply for termination of probation through a separate motion[s]]. Even if expunged, ALL convictions MUST be disclosed on govt licensing applications like yours. Don't bother lying, they'll find them in your record during background check. Then, it is up to the discretion and policies of the Board and employer whether your convictions disqualify you. Now, if you're serious about doing this, and you think you qualify, feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need.
