No guarantees mate.

The ONLY way to 'clear' the warrant is for you to appear in court, with or without an attorney, and turn yourself in to the issuing court on the arrest warrant, thus starting the normal process of defending that new case by being arraigned, and at the same time starting the defense of the new probation violation charge that will be included. They are separate criminal cases.

Whether the judge will allow an OR releasee, or set bail high or low, or set 'no bail' is up to the judge, as influenced and persuaded by your attorney's best arguments of your situation and history.

Sounds like you should promptly hire an experienced local attorney and do this right away to take advantage of any 'Christmas Spirit' of mercy that may be available from the court on the issue of bail.
