The ONLY way to 'clear' the warrant is for you to appear in court, with or without an attorney, and turn yourself in to the issuing court on the arrest warrant, thus starting the normal process of defending that new case by being arraigned, and at the same time starting the defense of the new probation violation charge that will be included.
