do you have to disclose on your application if conficted of a felony even if it is ten years old.

Yes. It has nothing to do with age of conviction.

Now, if you want to try to seek 'expungement' of the conviction, if you qualify, feel free to contact me if are serious about getting the legal help you'll need. If you were not sentenced to any prison time, and if you completed all terms of probation, you may be able to do so.

Yes you have to disclose unless your conviction has been "expunged." Expungement is a form of dismissal after probation has been successfully completed. You can call court clerk to ask for expungement forms and do it yourself or retain an attorney for a modest fee. First, you must find out whether your conviction qualifies for this process. For example, if you did not receive probation but was sentenced to state prison, you cannot "dismiss" your conviction this way.

Yes, you do, but most employment applications ask whether you have been convicted within the last 7 years. You should expunge your conviction so you wont have to worry about this question.
