I need help and information how how to get a felony reduced to a misdemeanor.

If you're talking about defending current felony charges and want it reduced, then talk to your defense attorney.
If you're talking about a prior felony conviction that you want expunged, then you'll prepare motions and applications to do so. It can possibly be done successful, IF you were not sentenced to any prison time and IF it was not for sexual abuse or violence crimes, and some others, and IF you successfully completed probation.
