If you mean a current case - negotiate with the DA. Trying that without an attorney is not likely to succeed.

If you mean an old conviction, it is done by a series of motions and pleadings. Some felonies can be expunged completely from your record, some can't. If you did prison time, no expungement. Feel free to contact if you need legal help in expungement.

The answer to this question depends upon what the felony is and what stage of the case you are currently at. If, for example, you are facing charges that you have not plead guilty to, you can negotiate a disposition for a misdemeanor if the facts and charge are appropriate. If, on the other hand, you are through probation and need a felony off your record, you may apply for an expungement pursuant to Penal Code section 1203.4. There are several other possibilities.
