Have you recenly been arrested and charged with a second felony for arms dealing? If so, is it a state or federal charge?

Re: Felony understanding right to work

Upon conviction of a felony, you automatically permanently lose your 2nd Amendment rights to own or possess any firearm. If caught in possession, it is a felony carrying mandatory jail time. Your original sentencing and probation order may also bar you from possession of other classes and kinds of weapons.

A past conviction may be expunged if there was no prison time, but that does not restore your right to firearms. The only way of regaining that right is a legal action seeking 'restoration of rights', but that is not granted without good cause. If interested in doing expungement or restoration, contact me to discuss facts and fees.
