The warrant will be revoked when you are captured, when you surrender or when you die. Until one of those things happens it will remain in force.
You need to contact a lawyer (preferably the one who represented you previously) and ask him to help you. You should not try to deal with this on your own, and you should not be surprised if you end up serving additional time.

I can appear on the warrant and have probation reinstated in most cases. Call me directly at 6192223504.

Depends upon what you mean by cleared up. There is no magic wand to wave and make it disappear. You will have to submit yourself to the jurisdiction of the court, meaning have an attorney make an appearance for you, negotiate an outcome with the DA and court, and enter a plea to the probation violation. You will likely be required to personally appear for a plea and sentencing hearing once a deal is worked out. Yes, jail time is a possibility, but fines and additional probation time might be possible instead. That assumes you have had no further criminal arrests. Keep in mind that every time you come in contact with police or other government agents, you risk arrest and transport to court. You should not attempt to leave or enter the country, or get stopped for a traffic ticket. Every time you do, you will likely be taken into custody until they check with CA for extradition request. Feel free to contact me if interested in getting the warrant monkey off your back. Your costs and penalties would be a lot less doing this voluntarily, than getting arrested.
