If you don't want to appear in California, and handle the matter yourself, you are going to have to hire a California attorney to resolve the matter.

If it were a misdemeanor warrant, an attorney could appear for you. Since it is a felony warrant, you must personally come to court with your attorney. Either way, if it is in a SoCal court, and if you're serious about getting counsel to help handle it, feel free to contact me. It MAY be possible for your attorney to deal with the probation department that issued the warrant and get it recalled, depending upon all the facts.
