You already know the charges against you. If you're asking what a good attorney could do for you to get a plea bargain, it will depend upon your rap sheet priors and strikes, the facts and evidence in this case, and the attitude of the DA and court towards you. Who knows what is possible? Now, if you are serious about getting legal counsel to help you get the best deal possible, or take it to trial, feel free to contact me.

You already know what the charges will be, since you listed them in your post. As for what you should do, get a lawyer. These are serious charges that could result in a prison sentence and that will then haunt you the rest of your life. You need competent defense counsel to help you deal with them.
Re: felony-burglury
Criminal charges have this nasty tendency to become criminal convictions which can result in jail time (in your case prison time), probation, fines, and a criminal record. These are very serious charges and you would be well advised to retain an experienced attorney well in advance of your first court date. Please feel free to call me to discuss.
