Felonys on your record
Can a felony be sealed ,removed from your record? How?

The probation departments in most counties will do this a small fee, however, the recent state budget crisis the fee may be much higher. However, this fee must be paid to the county in most cases, even if an attorney does the work.

yes, under some circumstances, and for some purposes, such as employment applications. Police always have access to the records, but sealing will allow you to get a job. Contact me to discuss the facts and fees for doing so, if interested.
