Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

If you file a complaint due to being injured and you are afraid of being hurt againvand thebjudge orders no contact (which is fine) but also assigms amdatory destic violence classes which I was under the impression were supposed to teach ways to manage attitudes anger and childhood learned negative behaviors and how to become aware of whatay be better ways to respond to a difference invopinoons and we are all entitled to ourvown beliefs etc

I have since found out that not onlybare the costs above what the person can afford but the fees must be paid prior to aittance each time ans out of 45 classes you can only miss 3 before you have to start over also there is only room for 20 people in the class and if you are the 21 st person you don't get in . The success rate is one person completed the class per yearvand most have to get violated and start again. This is not geared to help and the teachings are not positive

It is made for failure for someone that is homeless no food no money and all on top of the person whose childhood abuse and poor parenting is the cause of negativity all it will do is make things worse.

my question is Is it possible to withdraw a filed complaint ? The case is not concluded it is ongoing. Since I am the victim and I love the person and only wanted them to get help and a 1: out of 20+ suceas rate and the fees required and it is hopeless is there a way to withdraw the complaint

No. You filed a complaint, and the DA filed charges, which you can not 'withdraw'. Only they can.

But, you can try to discuss with the assigned DA to see if you can help in some way.
