firearm ownership

If a felony is reduced to a Misdemeanor then Dismissed through plea bargin will firearm ownership rights be restored? Is there a way to restore firearm ownership?

Sorry to contradict the other attorney, but the law is quite clear they are NOT restored by expungement. You would have to bring a motion and application to the court specifically requesting restoration. It is up to you and your attorney to present the judge facts and circumstances sufficient to convince him it is in the interests of justice to do so.
