Do bench warrants for FTA misdemeanors always show up while flying internationally and going through customs?

Welcome to life as a fugitive.
Nobody can give you any assurance that you won't get an unwelcome surprise when you least expect it.
And interstate or foreign flight to avoid prosecution is a federal crime.
