Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
A foreigner viewed child porn on a website hosted in the U.S.. He did this in his country, then he came to America. Assume that he didn't break the laws of his country. Should he worry about being prosecuted in the U.S.? Why or why not? Will it make a difference if the website is hosted elsewhere?
