Multiple prison sentences. Suggest you get an attorney.

Many felony charges come with a sentence range of 16-2-3. This means that if convicted of a charge the judge can sentence you to 16 months, 2 years, or 3 years in state prison. You could potentially face this sentence for each count, although many things come up in sentencing hearings that may influence the way a judge will rule on a particular sentence.

I suggest contacting an attorney as soon as possible. If you would like to discuss this case further feel free to contact me. Best of luck.
