Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I am on formal probation for Criminal Threats and have completed a year and two months of my three year probation. Conviction date was 01/04/2010. In febuary i was booked on tresspasing at a 7 eleven and was only in jail for a few hours and released with a citation to appear in court. I have always reported, never late on fines. If i am violated what is likely to happen

You didn't say what it was you did at the 7-11, but my best guess is your good behavior on probation will probably result in your probation being revoked and reinstated, and you will get whatever punishment you have coming on the new case.
If violated, you risk the original penalties and jail time that were avoided by probation. Your attorney will have to negotiate a new 'deal' if possible. If serious about hiring counsel for this, feel free to contact me.
