formal probation
My son is on formal probation and I think that he will be dirty when they test him tomarrow , what are the possible outcomes of this?

Prison or jail; either revocation of probation and sentencing to the original terms of conviction, or penalties for the probation violation, or both. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting legal help and defense for him.

Probation violation is grounds for a probation revocation and reviving the original charges on top of new charges. He needs an attorney. Call me
for a more thourough review.

Lots of possible factors here - most importantly, who the judge is, what is his conviction and whether he has a suspended sentence hanging over him.
