Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Formal probation
If I am on 3 yrs formal probation in CA, for commercial burglary which includes a 1 year program and I bail out and stay out of trouble for the 3 yrs. does my problem go away? Is there a statute of limitations on this kind of thing?

? Problem go away ?
If you don't violate the terms of probation, you won't be sent to jail.
As a result of your plea, you have a conviction on your record, if that's what you're asking. After you've completed probation successfully, or at least one year of it, you may be able to get it expunged, so that you can say 'no' to conviction on most employment applications. Feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need for that.
