Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I just found out I have a warrant from 2003 from a ticket for driving on a suspended license in Palo Alto (suspended for back child support). I was moving to Washington state and they sent the ticket to my old address in San Diego. The fine is now $8,000. What can I do to fix this? Mike

Go to court with or without an attorney and negotiate a plea bargain at more reasonable fine rate.
