By filing a police report and demanding prosecution. You also should file civil suit against them, because there is no assurance the criminal court system will require repayment. Either way, you need evidence and proof of your charges. Feel free to contact me if serious about pursuing the civil suit.

If criminal charges are what you are interested in, your only recourse is to try and talk the police or DA into investigating. The state has sole power to file criminal charges. Private citizens may not. Best of luck to you.
