What is a "play sister"?

She already is in trouble with a policeman coming to her door and asking questions. No one is going to believe that she did not read at least part of the e-mail before it was posted. She could be charged with interferring with a police officer's investigation in that she published a falsehood attacking the credibility of the star witness. There probably are other charges that could be imposed.

But what is she doing remaining a girlfriend to a guy who apprently had sex with another woman, eilther by force or with her consent. He still has been unfaithful to her no matter what the circumstances of the sexual activity were. He does not have enough money to pay for bail. I would guess that he is older than 18 but she is younger, so he is guilty of statutory rape as to her. Is this the type of person she really wants to date and maybe have a child with? So she is in deep trouble both with the law and as to her own life.

When she gets arrested, have her contact me if serious about hiring counsel. In the meantime, if it is not already too late, advise her to exercise 5th Amendment rights to SHUT UP and call a lawyer, as every cop show on TV correctly teaches.
