Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My friend hates her manager and wrote alot of bad reviews over the companys customer review website. She did this on my computer. The owner said that they all came from the same computer and that he had a detective on the case and the person doing this could go to jail. ?? is this true? there was no threats?

Not possible that anybody will go to jail. Your friend could be fired, and either or both of you could be sued, but you didn't do anything wrong. Don't let other people do things on your computer that can get you sued.
If the company, and the police/DA, viewed them as threats or harassment, they could be prosecuted as a crime. Depends on what was said, but not likely based upon your description. More pertinently, such harassment and slander could be grounds for a lawsuit. People and companies don't take kindly to being threatened, harassed, or slandered. Spewing and venting emotionally has consequences.
