It has never been easier to beat a marijuana-for-sale charge, but Your Friend will have to get a lawyer. I have no idea what charges she faces or what her prior record is like, so I would be guessing about a sentence.

The 422 charge is a felony with potential prison time, as is 'possession for sale'. What happens with this depends upon what charges are filed, her record and priors, etc. If serious about getting her a lawyer, feel free to contact me. If she can't afford private counsel, have her apply to the Public Defender.
