Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

A friend of mine was released from custody and told to report to probation. Well she didn�t and time past . got picked up. She asked to serve the time on it and she did and was released. Recently she was picked up and now being held for violation of probation but she already served the time. With her being in there she can�t do anything until the court next month. Iolation she said is 10 days she has been there 15. Is there anything I can do to find out something in helping her?

YOU can't do anything other than hire her an attorney, who will try to seek dismissal of charges for 'error', or seek bail or OR to get her out pending hearing, etc.
