Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
A Friend of mine violated probation and served the time for it. They got arrested recently and the charges were dropped but now they have a hold on them for this violation she already served time for. What do you do?

The friend should get a lawyer to review the matter and argue that the hold is inappropriate.
