Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Have a friend..
So.. I have a friend who is currently on probation for being a sex offender. Recently he has started hanging out with someone that smokes pot. Granted she doesn't do it around him, what are the chances of him being brought in for questioning or going back to jail just because of associating with her?

If his probation or parole terms bar him from such situations, then he risks violation and return to prison.
