Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
A friend has received a 3 year sentance for possession/sale of a controlled substance in California. He also had a warrant on him for not showing up at his probation officers while on bail. How long can he expect to serve in prison? As an illegal immigrant he will be deported upon his release.
