Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My friend is serving time for a probation violation and has another case pending in another county. he wants to file this form so they will pick him up (put a hold on him) or so his time can run concurrent. He has requested the form but doesn't know how long it will take to get to hiim. Is there a place I can download it from?

"Form"? Nice try. There is no such form. What he wants would require a motion and court order from one or both of the charging courts. He needs to hire an attorney that can 'try' to get such orders, and there is certainly no guarantee of success.
