Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My friend used someon's credit card and she is in custody, her bail is 20,000 but no one can afford it. She is in Custody, and it is her first offense. Because she is not a Citizen, they sent her papperwork to Homeland Security for deportation. What might happen to her?

Deportation after her jail sentence if convicted. She could hire counsel to try to defend her. If this is in SoCal courts, and she is serious about hiring counsel, feel free to contact me, or apply to the public defender if she has no money.
