Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i was friends at a having some fun with friends. I did have a few a couple of drinks ....well the police came to the bar not for me but someone else. I and my friends were sitting outside the bar. Just hanging out when the police startted to ask us question. And they told me to get up. I stated why should stand i did not do anything. Next thing the grab me till may arms and twisted them .injured both my wrist for now reason. I ended up in jail now i am being charged with a felony. I have picture of what the officers did to me and i have witness on my behalf . What do you advise me to do on Friday Monday31,2009

Get the best lawyer you can afford. You are going up against the cops. The D.A.'s office backs their cops. you need someone not afraid to get in the face of the prosecutor and let them know you're not guilty of anything. Best wishes....David Wallin
