You have two problems, your possession case and a possible civil claim against Montebello PD for their violating your civil rights. I would be glad to help you with either or both situations for a reasonable fee.

It sounds to me like there may be an illegal search and seizure involved here, and if there is, the drugs may be suppressed (can't be used against you in court). Much depends on how the police write up the reports and what can be proved. All of this will play out in court. You need the best criminal lawyer you can find. If you'd like to talk to me about it, please don't hesitate to call for a free consultation. Steve Mandell 310 393 0639

Help? Advice? Sure. You need to hire a criminal defense attorney, unless you are capable of effectively representing yourself in court against a professional prosecutor seeking to convict you. He'll use whatever facts, evidence, testimony and law is available in your defense for motions, hearings, plea bargain negotiations or trial. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
