The Court [judge] issued the warrant, only the Court can recall it. You must appear in person in court if it is a felony warrant, or through your attorney if it is a misdemeanor warrant. Warrants are recalled only if proven to be issued in 'error', or upon you making an 'appearance' in Court on the criminal charges upon which they were issued. Your attorney will then 'handle' the case properly, using whatever defenses you may have.
If this is in SoCal courts, and you are serious about hiring experienced criminal defense counsel to represent you, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and fees involved.
