Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I want to know if i would have a good chance to win a lawsuit against lasd? When i was arrested i had my medical card and my license, the officer called to verify my card was logit and everything came through. Now my understanding is that hash in cannibus so i should have never been arrested? I was not under the influence and the has was in my pocket. They did not read me my rights and they did not give me there badge numbers and i did not receive my booking paperwork, i arrived at the jail at 8:00 p.m but i was not booked till 4:00 a.m.... i was released on the day of my court with no charges filed. I want to sue for my property that was taken and for the fees for the towing. Do i have a case?

Nice try, no brass ring. You should be more concerned about the DA pursuing the criminal charges, which they can do for several years. If you get a letter from the DA saying they have filed, feel free to contact me if serious about getting the legal help you'll need.
