Please tell me the guidelines for the penalty for stealing a 65 mustang conv 12 years ago from CA, taken to IN. First offense. Value about $15-20K. Thank you.

Obviously it depends upon the charges filed; at the minimum - felonies including GTA and flight to avoid prosecution. Multiple years in prison are possible. If it's you, I suggest you get counsel. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so, if the case is in SoCal courts.
