grand theft

im on probation for gta and was due to get off probation in oct09 i was investigated by ihss and was later charged with grand theft what am i looking at?

Prison if convicted. That should not be a surprise. Your first conviction is a 'strike', thus doubling your current charge's penalties. The next time it's '25 to life'. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting legal counsel to help.
