what is grand theft:property? How much time could that person facing in the state of california? What could the charges be dropped to? IS there a manditory time sentence??

Re: what is grand theft
every felony has a mandatory minimum prison time, never less than a year. Reducing charges requires good factual and legal reasons. That's what makes up your defense, if you have one.
