Hello my name is Greg. I have quiestion. Couple days ago my family go shopping. When we shopping, my sister had stomach. I'm looking for restroom. There was nothing round us. Then there was a door no alarm no cashier. We thought thats part of that store and go out. Then somebody called us. When I forget to grab sunglass. I said apologize and trying to explain that case. They are copied my ID. Then last week i got mail from Neal C.Tenen. There said u pay 426.00. So what should i do? That was totally accident. Can someone help me please?

Help you? Sure. You are charged by the store with stealing, and they are demanding you pay damages to them. Even if you do pay what they ask, the store can still file criminal charges against you, and most stores policy is to do just that, to try to deter shoplifting.
