Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
guilt by association
My son started a group on his website.there were pictures of graffiti on the site.Apparently some of the members who joined his ''gang'' were are actually going out and doing it!My son never has, but the police say he is the leader and is responsible for their actions.Doing these acts were never even discussed. This was just part of his ''my space''
site.We nor our son had any idea this was actually going on,now they want my son to be an informant, even though he has never seen them tag personally,he just knows their tag names. Can he really be held responsible for these crimes?
Thank You

Re: guilt by association
Instead of asking about general information, you should be hiring an attorney to defend the criminal charges that have been, or will be, brought. Contact me if interested in doing this right.
